AMF Maintains 26 facilities (73 buildings over 9.65 million sq. ft.) throughout the continental United States. Our management services include all phases of property management including but not limited to: HVAC, Custodial, Landscaping, and Energy Management Systems.

We specialize in keeping mission critical systems up and running 24x7 allowing you to focus on your core mission and your profitability.

Our highly skilled and experienced building engineers and maintenance mechanics operate and maintain your building using state-of-the-art procedures and predictive and preventive maintenance. This results in substantial direct payroll savings and indirect savings on the costs associated with training, poor performance, and other human resources concerns. Specialized tools or equipment are quickly available on your site when needed.

We are able to combine full-time and part-time personnel to exactly match manpower to your building needs.

Additionally, AMF is structured to serve government's special needs. We work with government contract managers, accountants, and procurement regulatories every day. Some of these special needs include:

AMF places the highest priority on safety in all of the facilities it maintains, whether they are Federal or commercial buildings. Our technicians are all orientated and trained on the job by our Safety Manager. AMF has an OSHA approved certification plan in effect on all projects large and small. AMF safety is a result of mandatory training, consistent awareness, and immediate action.
