Our highly skilled and experienced building engineers and maintenance mechanics operate and maintain your building using state-of-the-art procedures and predictive and preventive maintenance. This results in substantial direct payroll savings and indirect savings on the costs associated with training, poor performance, and other human resources concerns. Specialized tools or equipment are quickly available on your site when needed.
We are able to combine full-time and part-time personnel to exactly match manpower to your building needs.
Additionally, AMF is structured to serve government's special needs. We work with government contract managers, accountants, and procurement regulatories every day. Some of these special needs include:

Employee Forum Our many years of experience have shown us that our onsite supervisors benefit a great deal by sharing info on the types of equipment each have and the collective years of experience on such equipment has been known to stream line repair. If the old adage is right, two heads are better than one then is makes sense that 100 heads are even better.
